• WWMP ist eine renomierte Kanzlei mit Standorten in ganz Europa.
• Franz Asseg arbeitet häufig mit Startups zusammen und ist auch der rechtliche Berater für die Dealflows der AWS Gründerfonds.

Inhalte: Nach dem Workshop wissen die TeilnehmerInnen, welche Rechte und Pflichten bei der Gründung eines Unternehmens entstehen. Im Workshop geht es um:

• allgemeine Rechte und Pflichten (z. B. Haftung, Berichterstattung, Entgelte, Verantwortung für Mitarbeiter und Steuern)
• was zu beachten ist, wenn Sie eine längerfristige Investitionsstrategie verfolgen
• typische Fehler und rechtliche Probleme
• was tun, wenn es nicht klappt – GmbH in der Krise

Content: After the workshop, participants will know what rights and obligations arise when starting a business. The workshop deals with:

• general rights and obligations (e.g. liability, reporting, remuneration, responsibility for employees and taxes)
• what to consider when pursuing a longer-term investment strategy
• typical mistakes and legal problems
• what to do if things don’t work out – GmbH in crisis

• 100% engagement
• a valuable startup offer (=your application) for our ADVANCED II programme at least 2 weeks ahead of the deadline
• a business plan for our PREMIUM programmeat least 2 weeks ahead of the deadline

What is in it 4 you?

• A sound feedback on your first idea rsp. business plan
• A pitch training ahead of 27th of September 2021
• A sound feedback by our jury
• A sound feedback by two external reviewers
• A ticket to our ADVANCED II rsp. PREMIUM Programme after successful Pitch on 27th of September 2021
• Being part of a great trip to your successful startup
